A modernised line producing up to 100,000 tons of deformed bar a year — grade 60 to SASO ASTM A615/A615M:2023, supplied in the 12 m standard length, or cut to order to minimise waste on site. Rebuilt in 2024 with new mills under PLC and SCADA control.

Since 2018 our own smelting shop turns scrap into the billets that feed the mill — 50,000 tons a year since the 2024 furnace upgrade. Two pollution-control systems and a continuous stack monitor keep the process clean under a national environmental permit.

Quality is controlled at every stage — purchasing, transport, receiving inspection, storage, production, delivery and after-sales — and every licence behind that process is current and verifiable.
Samples are drawn for physical-properties testing to ASTM A615:2015 by an accredited third-party laboratory.
Chemical analysis on every heat — carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus and sulphur held inside specification.
Each bundle is traceable to its heat number, with the mechanical and chemical results issued alongside it.
Furnace temperature, roll speed and cooling are set and monitored by an advanced system and by our own QC staff.
A fume-collection filter on the smelting furnace and a wet scrubber on the rolling furnace, under a national environmental permit.
Fire and safety systems certified against the Saudi Building Code (SBC 201 / SBC 801) by a Civil Defence-accredited consultancy, with an annual audit by a registered safety auditor.
A continuous emissions monitoring system on the smelting stack, commissioned in 2026, reports particulate levels around the clock.
Bars are rolled with the mill mark, country, size, specification and grade — OURINI // KSA // size // spec // grade — so material stays traceable on site.
